I recently received an email message telling me that in less than 30 days cell phone numbers will be available in a public directory and released to telemarketing companies and that our cell numbers will soon start ringing with telemarketers calling. Since I'll be receiving this call, my phone bill could be astronomical! The message gave me a number to call, indicating that it was a national DO NOT CALL list for cell phones. This sounded a little fishy to me. Is it for real? Answer Sometimes when I leave a voicemail message for someone in the District I get halfway into the message and realize that I made a mistake, or forgot what I was going to say. I don't want to sound like a fool when I leave the message. Is there something I can do to NOT leave the message? Answer
