This month, District employees received their direct deposit notification via e-mail, instead of receiving a mailed hard copy. The e-mail includes a link to your direct deposit stubs on a secure personalized online account (located at https://reports.fhda.edu/). Initially launched to save costs and paper, the project also represents a step forward in the age of electronic work flow processing. Full story

The Workflow Project, which will bring more of the District's work processes online, is underway and scheduled to begin rolling out in 2005. The key benefits of the Workflow Project will be increased accuracy, timeliness and efficiency. Full story
In 2005, ETS plans to introduce Web portals to the District. Translation: You'll be able to sit down at any computer with Web access - at work, home or elsewhere - and access the information and processes you need to perform your job. Gone will be the days of sorting through stacks of paper on your desk and remembering different passwords for various online accounts. You'll eventually be able to get everything you need from one Web site - with one user name and one password. Full story
