What does measure C mean to FHDA?

Before you can access the portal, you'll need to login to the home page. This is a security feature of the portal to ensure that users only gain access to the areas they are authorized to enter, and that confidential employee and student information is kept secure. Full story

Meeting Maker upgrade to version 8.5

The Foothill-De Anza District Portal provides access to a wide array of data, including confidential information about yourself or students – such as email account or pay-stub information, or class rosters. For this reason, it is critical that you know how to help protect this information. One way you can do this is by choosing a strong password. Full story

On the My Workplace page, you have single sign-on access to commonly used external applications such as the Library Catalog, FHDA Reports, FHDA Webmail and MeetingMaker. Full story

Foothill and De Anza material to be available on iTunes U

The My Page tab enables you to customize content to meet your information needs. You do this using the "Add or Remove Portlets" section of the page. The example shown in this article is called the RSS portlet, which allows you to subscribe to "feeds" from a source that will create a list of links to content you may find interesting. Full story

You may well wonder why it says "Portal Beta Test" at the top of each page in the portal. Although we are releasing the portal for all employees to use, we want everyone to understand that the portal is still new and may have inconsistencies or "bugs" in how it operates. Full story

Liquid Office to introduce online employee time reports

Several individuals were instrumental in creating and rolling out the Foothill-De Anza Portal project. In many cases the portal project team members worked hard to learn an entirely new environment, and as a result are now able to continue adding new functionality to the portal to make it even more useful for District users.
