Most users have Bay Area access or CA state access. If your work requires access to call nationwide or internationally, please have your supervisor send an email to techhelp@fhda.edu, authorizing a long distance code for you, specifying your name, extension, and if you need nationwide or international access.

*HEADSETS* ETS will fix existing headsets, but if you didn't previously have one and would like one, you will need to order one through Purchasing. You must order both a base unit and headset. The part numbers are:

Plantronics Base Unit M12 (you must order this)

Plantronics Double Foam Ear (band goes over head) : H61N

Plantronics Single Ear Clip H41N
