To request support, please visit the ETS Call Center website, your central point of contact for ETS, for details of how to contact us.

You may also choose to submit your request directly into our request system through the link found below.

Directions on how to login, as well as directions on how to use the system can be found below.

DK Help Software: Login and Submission Directions

1. Click on the link above to be redirected to the login page for ETS's DK Help Software web interface, where you can enter your own request directly into our system, bypassing the need to call or email the ETS Call Center.

2. In the User ID field enter the first inital of your first name plus your last name (ex: Tom Smith would be tsmith)

3. In the Password field enter your 4 digit phone extension( ex: 8324)

4. Then click on the Login button.

5. Once you have logged in you will see this screen below

6. From this web interface you can

  • check the status of your request
  • submit new requests
  • view your past history of requests

7. In the upper left corner of this screen is a link for "Help." Here you will find detailed direction on how to use the system.
