The Call Center provides technical support over the phone, online or via e-mail. If we are unable to resolve your request through these channels, we will escalate your request to the appropriate team of ETS professionals, and track your request to ensure prompt resolution.
 
Who We Are

The Call Center is composed of (from the bottom left, up) Kelly Marie Pettit (Supervisor), Laura West (Support Technician), Josie Hernandez (Support Technician) , Matt Meirovitz (Support Technician & Web Design), and Jaroslav Boulatov (Support Technician who also trains and advises the Help Desk Program interns that work in the Call Center).

 
Our Mission

Responding to the ever-evolving technical needs of the Foothill-DeAnza College District, the Call Center provides a central point of contact that offers high quality technical support in a timely, service-oriented, and professional manner to staff, faculty, administrators, labs, and classrooms of the district. To achieve these goals, the Call Center employs software tools that enable the Center's Support Technicians to resolve most issues immediately and track and route other calls that escalate to various departments within ETS, ensuring prompt network, hardware, software, and voice technology problem resolution.
