the Call Center provides a central point of contact
that offers high quality technical support in a timely, service-oriented, and
professional manner to staff, faculty, administrators, labs, and classrooms of
the district. To achieve these goals, the Call Center employs software tools that
enable the Center's Support Technicians to resolve most issues immediately and
track and route other calls that escalate to various departments within ETS, ensuring
prompt network, hardware, software, and voice technology problem resolution.
